Pine Labs, a leading fintech company, needed to transform their outdated Bangalore office into a modern, brand-reflective workspace that would support their evolving business needs. The existing building's infrastructure limitations posed significant challenges, especially given its age. Additionally, Pine Labs required that the design and build be phased by floor to minimise operational disruption—a constraint that demanded careful planning and execution to maintain business continuity while modernising the space.

To address Pine Labs’ unique challenges, the Space Matrix team implemented a multi-faceted approach that emphasised Design Thinking principles to create a workspace that reflects Pine Labs' brand while meeting operational needs.

Phased Design and Build Approach:
To minimise disruption, we adopted a phased approach, renovating each floor in stages to ensure business continuity. This allowed employees to work in other areas while one section was under transformation, seamlessly integrating the new designs without major interruptions to daily operations.

Flexible Workspaces for Dynamic Needs:

Natural Light and Biophilic Design for Well-being:

Facial recognition at the entrance enhances convenience and provides a hygienic, touch-free experience, reflecting the fintech's forward-thinking approach to technology.
